Cocktails: Uña de Gato Sour
Ingredients
- 1 ounce of cat's claw maceration
- 1 ounce of pisco
- ½ ounce of gum syrup
- ½ ounce of lemon juice
- 5 ice cubes
- 2 drops of Angostura bitters
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients with the ice cubes. Serve and garnish with two drops of Angostura bitters.
