Cocktails: Uña de Gato Sour

Ingredients

• 1 ounce of cat's claw maceration
• 1 ounce of pisco
• ½ ounce of gum syrup
• ½ ounce of lemon juice
• 5 ice cubes
• 2 drops of Angostura bitters

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients with the ice cubes. Serve and garnish with two drops of Angostura bitters.
