Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gradually add the sugar. Add the condensed milk mixed with the grated coconut.

On greased baking sheets, form small balls using two teaspoons or a piping bag. Bake at a low temperature (300°F or 150°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until golden but still a bit soft inside. Let them cool on the baking sheet.
