Cocktails: Pineapple Cocktail with pisco
Ingredients (for 6 people)
- ½ kilo of peeled pineapple, cut into pieces
- 1 cup of pisco
- ¾ cup of sugar
- 1 ounce of lemon juice
- Ice
Preparation
Blend the pineapple with the sugar and pisco. Add the lemon juice and ice. Blend well and serve.
