Cut the lamb into pieces and marinate it with some ground red chili pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, chicha de jora, and a bit of vinegar. Set aside.

In a pot with hot oil, brown the chopped onion with garlic, pepper, cumin, diced squash, peas, and tomato paste. Set aside.

In a pan, brown the lamb pieces in a little oil. Once browned, add them to the pot with the previous preparation and add chicha and water to cook the lamb. When the lamb is tender, add chopped parsley. Before turning off the heat, add the crushed soda crackers. Turn off the heat and wait a few minutes. Serve with white rice.
