Cold Starters: Stuffed Causa

Cut the chili in half, remove the seeds and veins, then wash it under running water. Blend it with a bit of water to make a paste. Mash the potatoes and add the oil, chili, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Divide this mash into three parts. Set aside. Separate the mayonnaise into two portions. Mix one part with the tuna and olives, and the other with the onion, egg, and parsley.

Line a terrine mold with plastic wrap and fill the bottom with one part of the mash. Add the first mixture with the tuna, then cover with another layer of mash. Add the mixture with the onions and avocado, and cover with the remaining mash. Chill for at least one hour before unmolding. Decorate and serve in portions.

*The tuna can be replaced with shredded boiled chicken.
