Preserves: Pepper Preserve
Ingredients
- 6 red bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Water
Preparation
Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds, and place them in a pot with enough water to cover them. Add the vinegar and sugar, and boil until they are cooked. Let them cool slightly, then peel off the skin. Allow them to cool completely and place them in a sterilized jar. Store in the refrigerator.
