Ingredients (for 4 people)

Preparation

Prepare a marinade with the chopped bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions. Add the vinegar, oil, paprika, and salt and pepper. Marinate the meat in this liquid the day before; cover the container with plastic wrap or a cloth and place it in the refrigerator. Remove from the fridge one hour before cooking.

In a pot, brown the meat and add half of the marinade. Cook over low heat and baste with the rest of the marinade until the desired doneness is achieved.
