Chicken: Broaster Chicken

Salt the chicken pieces and place them in a pot with very little water. Cover and simmer on very low heat. The chicken should cook in its own liquid, avoiding the formation of broth. Once cooked, remove and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the egg with the tablespoon of mustard, adjust the salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix the potato starch, pepper, and a little salt.

Dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then coat them with the potato starch preparation. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Serve with fries and salad.
