Fish/Seafood: Shrimp Omelette
Ingredients
- ¼ kilo of shrimp tails
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup of cornstarch
- 1/3 cup of fresh milk
- 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- 1 chopped onion
- ½ chopped bell pepper
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
Preparation
Beat the egg whites and add the yolks. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, then add the beaten eggs and the other ingredients. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil and pour in the mixture. Lower the heat and cover to cook.
