Pork: Mashed Beans

Soak the beans overnight. The next day, change the water and bring them to a boil. Once boiling, change the water with hot water. Repeat this operation three times. Add the whole onion and the bacon. Boil until well cooked. Remove the bacon, take half of the beans, and blend to make a thick cream. In another pot with a little oil, fry the bacon and the ground garlic with pepper until golden. Add the beans and the cream. Mix well to combine all ingredients. Serve with white rice and an onion salad.
