Desserts: Tropical Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of grated coconut
- 1 can of evaporated milk (chilled for a few hours)
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 6 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons of liquor (cognac, pisco, or another)
- cherries for decoration (optional)
Preparation
Beat the evaporated milk until its volume increases and add the sugar. Without beating, add the lemon juice, grated coconut, and liquor. Mix gently. Place in individual cups. Chill in the refrigerator. Decorate with cherries if desired.
