Excerpts from "Amnesty International":
During the second half of 1990, armed opposition groups have intensified their action. Thus the new group CNPZ-ELN claimed in October a number of attacks in June and was taking the kidnapping of the industrialist Bolivian Jorge Lonsdale.
On 5 December 1990, a joint army and police took place in La Paz to issue the industrial Bolivian Jorge Lonsdale, who was kidnapped by the ELN-CNPZ. On this occasion, three alleged members of CNPZ-ELN, Northtusfter Miguel, Luis Caballero and Osvaldo Espinoza, were killed, along with Jorge Lonsdale. The Organization has expressed the Bolivian authorities its concerns about reports that at least two members of the ELN-CNPZ were executed after being rendered.
The interior minister said the kidnappers refused to negotiate, it had given "carte blanche"
On 10 December 1990 the Minister of Interior said that a body discovered in the morgue of the city had been identified as that of a citizen member of the Peruvian ELN CNPZ-known as Alejandro Escobar Gutiérrez. According to employees of the morgue, the body had been given between 6 and 7 December by police without any explanation. The autopsy report indicated that the victim, later identified as Evaristo Salazar, had died of gunshot wounds and his body bore signs of torture evident. End of quote.
no investigation has been conducted by the authorities on the torture of Evaristo Salazar.
CNPZ what member of a "balanced" Miguel Northtusfter with Bolivian authorities of the time?
If you answer these questions, you answer:
- The only part of the group that was not there at the time of the assault
- The only one to have been arrested by the Americans, years later, because he was not wanted by the Bolivian police, he lived in Bolivia !!!!!
- Claimed by Bolivia, it was exchanged for U.S. rappatrié in Bolivia
- For this he received a false medical certificate in order not to be held in USA (it is far from being disabled, I wish you health)
- The only group being released from prison without being considered (Dismissed for lack of evidence)
- And yet foreign terrorist, he has never been expelled from Bolivia
- The only one not to be named as a member of CNPZ, while N 2 (yes he has rented the house, so this was the driver at his actions, yes it is always in contact with former members of the group, saying that they knew and they had not falsified his papers, it is not therefore grudge .. tell me, I would have avoided like the plague).
You've found?
It is also the one who had views on the companion Miguel N. .......
It flows from quiet days in La Paz ..... guess who .....
